Shipping policy

Once your item has shipped, I have no control over what happens to it. So, If your package gets lost or gets marked as delivered and never shows up I cant refund you. If this happens, try contacting your local post office and we will try our best to work with you.

Return Policy

When you order your case, make sure you order the correct size for your phone model. Each case is made custom to your phone Model and Design so we do not except returns. But, if I accidently sent you a different case from the one you ordered, contact me with proof and we can reimburse you with new one.
